Finding Your Username

Example Username.

Your Username is broken into two sections:

• The first half is your Customer Account No.
  (It is from 1 to 10 characters long and may contain numbers, letters and possibly a dash "-")
• The second half is your Buyer suffix, assigned by Metra or your Companyʼs primary account holder.

Together this creates your full Username

In order to log into MetraDealer.com, you must use your full Username. Your particular Username will have a suffix associated with your account. Example: 12345-AB. Please check with your primary account holder if you have lost your full Account No. or contact Metra Electronics Customer Service for support.

Your Customer Account No. is assigned by Metra Electronics. This is how we identify your account on MetraDealer.com. You can find your Customer Account No. on any Metra Electronics Invoice or Pick Ticket(Shipping Order). You can also contact your Metra Electronics sales associate for assistance.

Your Customer Account No. will be associated with any orders you submit to Metra Electronics.
