NOVEMBER 2014: HOLLY HILL, FL – Metra Electronics is pleased to announce a radio installation kit to keep your 2014 (and newer) Harley Davidson Street Glide, Electra Glide, Ultra, and Limited models stereo updated while maintaining original factory look and feel. Ask for part number 99-9700.
LCD screen from AXXESS is included and integrated into the kit to display oil pressure and EITMS (Engine Idle Temperature Management System). EITMS is Harley’s feature for keeping the bike cool by shutting fuel off to the rear cylinder at a certain temperature.
Also included, radio interface supplies ignition power and illumination, and sends a health message to the bike. What this means to you is the security light in the dash won’t be stuck on after removing the radio. Sold separately, the AXXESS ASWC-1 plugs directly into the included interface. Use 40-EU10 to complete the install.
